For advanced yogi’s, you’ll discover fun challenging postures within the Power Yoga Classes. The classes involve lots of balance skills as new arm balances and inversion postures will be taught each week developing your upper body and core strength. It’s a fast paced and energetic class.
Beginner and
Intermediate Yogi
The Power Yoga classes are fast paced sessions that cover a huge range of power yoga postures but equally gentle yoga sequences are also taught in these sessions. Every posture is adapted to suit the needs of all levels. The classes are filled with energetic flows, deep stretches, core strengthening workouts and performances of fun arm balances. If you’re looking for a class that will energise you, help you to tone your body and support your relaxation skills then this is a great class for you.
1:1 / small group
Receiving 1:1 guidance in your practice can be very beneficial. I’m available during the day to support your yoga needs. I personalise classes that suits the yogi’s specific needs to help them develop their own achievements. I’m also available to teach to a small group of friends, families or a group of colleagues within a company.
